This website is intended for adults choosing activities for children. Children do not need accounts. Please do not enter children’s names or other identifying details in feedback.
Orders
When checkout is available, Stripe Managed Payments and Link collect the information needed to process payment and provide transaction support. Our order database records the checkout-session identifier, product, payment reference, order status and creation time so we can deliver files, recognise an existing purchase and revoke access after refunds or disputes. For purchases originating from our ads, we also record the public campaign, platform and creative labels from the landing-page link. These help us compare advertising sales; we do not store advertising click IDs before you choose advertising cookies. We do not store card numbers. Stripe and our hosting provider process information needed to operate their services.
Feedback and technical data
If you submit feedback, we store the ratings, group size, timing and comments you choose to send. Do not include sensitive or identifying information. Hosting infrastructure may process request information, such as IP addresses and technical logs, for security and operation. Download counters record aggregate activity.
Cookies and sound
Advertising cookies are optional and off by default. If you accept, Meta Pixel sends page visits, checkout starts and confirmed purchase events (product, value, currency and a non-reversible event identifier) to Meta, together with cookie identifiers, IP address, browser information and page URL. We do not send card details, email addresses or children’s information through this integration. Private download credentials are removed from the page URL before loading the pixel. Meta may use this data for advertising measurement and delivery. Automatic advanced matching is disabled. You can decline without affecting shopping or downloads, or withdraw through Privacy choices. We respect the Global Privacy Control browser signal. Your choice and duplicate-event markers are stored in your browser; Meta manages its advertising cookie retention. Optional sound effects are generated in your browser when you press Play; microphone access is not used. Stripe may use its own cookies and security technologies when you enter checkout.
Retention and requests
Order records are retained to provide access and handle payment issues, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. Feedback is retained to improve the games. Contact the website publisher below to ask about access, correction or deletion of information associated with you; legal recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion. Avoid sharing the private URL of your order page. The current download reference is kept in session storage so you can reload safely without exposing it to advertising measurement; use Copy my private download link for future access.
